1. QUOTE
Request a quote by completing our online request form. A Pets in Transit travel specialist will contact you with your detailed quote to review.
2. Deposit
To get started we do require a deposit. You will not need to make payment of remaining balance until 7 days prior to your pets date of travel.
3. Documents
Copies of your pets current health documents will be needed for us to prepare the required health forms needed for your pets vet visit prior to travel. A detailed travel itinerary will be provided which will consist of the prefilled health certificates, vet visit instructions, flight details, collection and delivery and other important travel information and tips.
4. Transport
On the date of your pet’s travel day, an experienced pet transporter will be handling the check in process of your pet at the airport and will ensure that your pet is checked in as stress free as possible. They will ensure that your pet’s crate is secured and properly labeled. They will also make sure that your pet is left at the care of the airlines with all required health documentation in order and will provide fresh water for your pet.
5. Hand Off
Upon your pet's arrival to their destination, we will update you by email, text or a phone call. If delivery service was requested, our partner will also contact you with an estimated time of delivery to your residence.
