Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

One way: $25.00

• Up to 20 minutes of travel time included
• Additional travel charged at $2.00 in 5 minute increments
• Additional surcharge fees may apply
  

Round Trip: $48.00 per hour

• Minimum Charge $48.00
• Additional travel/wait time charged at $8.00 in 10 minute increments
• Time begins and ends at pick up site
• Round Trip must be continous meaning driver will wait until your appointment is completed
• Additional surcharge fees may apply.
  

EMERGENCY SERVICE
Monday - Friday 7:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Saturday 3:00 pm - 8:00 am the following Monday morning.

Service Call and One way transport: $65.00 within main service area

• Minimum charge:$65.00
• Additional charge of $2.00 per mile to destination site for service outside main service area.
  

AIRPORT SERVICE
(O'Hare or Midway Airports) $55.00 and up

• Time begins at time customer request driver to arrive
• Additional travel/wait time is charged at $8.00 in 10 minute increments
• Parking and Toll fees are extra

HOSPITAL TRANSFER SERVICE: $38.00 plus $2.00 per mile to destination site.
Transfers are from the Chicago Veterinary Emergency Service hospital located at 3123 N. Clybourn

• Transfers from other clinics are charged at an hourly rate plus any surcharges if applicable
• Additional surcharges may apply and vary depending on hospital transferring to or from
• A 10 minute waiting time is included with each transfer
• Additional wait time is charged at $6.00 in 10 minute increments
• Oxygen is available with doctor's orders There is a $25.00 charge for oxygen use for up to 30 minutes
• Additional oxygen use is charged at $8.00 in 10 minute increments
