Terminal Curbside

Airline traveling can be overwhelming. Taking pets along can only add stress if not properly prepared. There are important things to remember prior to traveling by air with your pet. Our Airport Terminal Service includes:

• Curbside pick up/drop off to your airlines terminal.
• Assistance with proper set up of your pet’s airline approved kennel.
• Carrying of luggage and kennels to/from your home to the van.
• Real time flight status information.

Terminal Curbside Rates

$65.00 - O'Hare Airport / $85.00 - Midway Airport

Additional Airport Service Fees

• Additional pets after first 2 - $5.00
• Wait time - A 15-minute wait time after the requested arrival time is included in the fee. Additional wait time is charged at $10.00 in 10 minute increments.

Need assistance in shipping your dog on a domestic or international flight? Our Cargo Service can help you in a variety of ways. In your absence, we can provide:

• Pet taxi service to and from both Midway and O’Hare airports.
• Domestic and international flight approved kennels.
• Pet pick up/drop off service to airline cargo facilities.
• Scheduling of vet appointmentsand obtaining required documentation.
• Customs/U.S.D.A clearance.
• Temporary boarding accommodations for one or more days.
• Provide comfort stops between flights.
